My shower had visible black mould, totally unacceptable for the price I paid. The staff at the front desk were cold and unhelpful when I requested a late checkout. The lack of flexibility as a returning guest left me feeling quite frustrated.

The pool was good and I had cold drinks in the roof top bar. The restaurant was top-notch with choice or quality, I tried hot dishes. Everyone who worked there was wonderful. The location was super - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

The rooms were very large and modern furnished. It was also very clean. The staff was very friendly and very dedicated. They also used the laundry service there and were very satisfied.
The evening buffet was very crowded and the food was also not very well arranged. Moreover, we were given a place right beside the parking place for the service personnel. Then we were allowed to sit next to empty bottles and they constantly reached past my head. At noon it was better to order from the menu. Is clearly more pleasant.

Sumptuous and warm breakfast option with western options and lovely views and an omelette. Double superior rooms and functional with a balcony and a bathtub plus including the sunset.

the location is a bit steep to get to, but the views were stunning! 🌄 the staff was super helpful and friendly. the buffet spread had tons of tasty options. the suite was huge and perfect for families.

We have booked the double room for a little less than 30 Euro per night. For this price the rooms are top. Big comfortable beds, nice bathroom! The view from our room was also nice. Meals can be booked in the restaurant either a la card or buffet style. The food was ok, but nothing more.

Just a fine choice for exploring town in Kandy with fantastic value for money. The friendly staff kept the buffet open for us even when we returned after midnight from the festival. Be ready for early mornings due to bright blinds in the rooms.

good breakfast with a large selection, super nice view over Kandy, easily accessible with free shuttle or tuktuk.
